Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished

Luxury Spa Manager

with exceptional expertise in

in-house sales, customer relationship management, and high-end spa operations

. The ideal candidate embodies elegance, confidence, and leadership--capable of delivering a refined guest experience while driving revenue, repeat clientele, and team excellence.

This role demands fluency in English, strong negotiation skills, deep understanding of customer expectations, and complete ownership of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & In-House Sales

Deliver a

personalized, luxury guest experience

from arrival to departure. Engage with guests to understand preferences and

recommend premium services and bespoke spa packages

. Confidently

negotiate, upsell, and close high-value in-house sales

. Communicate fluently and professionally in

English

, maintaining luxury brand standards. Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience and a reason to return.
Client Relationship & Retention

Build long-term relationships with high-value and repeat guests. Take full responsibility for

guest retention, loyalty, and repeat visits

. Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and service history for personalized engagement. Proactively manage guest feedback and elevate service quality continuously.
Team Leadership & Staff Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire therapists and front-office staff. Ensure impeccable standards in

attendance, punctuality, grooming, etiquette, and performance

. Create a motivated, disciplined, and guest-centric team culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage professional growth. Work closely with the team to maintain harmony, efficiency, and service excellence.
Luxury Spa Operations

Oversee end-to-end spa operations ensuring seamless daily functioning. Maintain

international hygiene, ambiance, and service standards

. Ensure compliance with spa protocols, SOPs, and brand guidelines. Monitor operational efficiency while maintaining a premium experience. Prepare and review basic operational and sales reports.
Skills & QualificationsEssential

Fluent

spoken English

with polished communication skills Proven expertise in

luxury in-house sales and negotiation

Strong understanding of

premium customer psychology and expectations

Leadership experience in managing high-performance teams Deep commitment to

guest satisfaction and retention


Preferred

Background in luxury spa, wellness resorts, boutique hotels, or 5-star hospitality Strong knowledge of spa therapies, wellness concepts, and service etiquette Experience handling premium clientele and high-ticket services

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
