Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage spa staff including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
Ensure the spa operates efficiently and meets service quality standards.
Develop and implement promotional activities to increase client engagement and revenue.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Manage inventory, stock, and supplies of spa products and equipment.
Create staff schedules and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of business goals.
Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to plan seasonal offers or new services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Spa Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar leadership role in the wellness industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of spa software and appointment management systems.
Ability to manage budgets, targets, and reports efficiently.
