Job Description

Operations Management

Oversee all spa operations including treatments, scheduling, retail, and guest services. Ensure smooth daily running of the spa and address any operational challenges. Monitor inventory of products and supplies, ensuring timely reordering.

Staff Supervision

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training. Foster a positive and professional working environment.

Customer Experience

Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and a memorable spa experience. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.

Sales & Financial Management

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Monitor daily sales, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets. Promote and manage retail sales and spa membership programs.

Marketing & Promotion

Collaborate on spa marketing initiatives and promotions. Maintain partnerships with local businesses or influencers to drive foot traffic.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all spa services comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain valid licenses and certifications for staff and facility.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
