We are looking for a dynamic and confident Spa Manager to lead our spa operations. The ideal candidate should be smart, well-groomed, and have excellent communication skills. Prior experience in sales or customer handling will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day spa operations smoothly and professionally. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and ensure exceptional guest service. Drive spa sales and meet monthly targets. Motivate and guide the therapist team to deliver quality services. Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and operational standards. Handle customer feedback with professionalism and positivity.
