Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations, including staff management, client service, and scheduling
Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambience, and guest satisfaction
Manage therapist schedules and performance to ensure smooth workflow
Achieve monthly sales targets through service promotions and client retention
Handle client feedback and ensure exceptional service quality
Coordinate with marketing team to plan spa promotions and offers
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relations
Train and motivate staff to uphold service standards and brand values
Skills & Qualifications:
2nd PU / Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and operations
Proficiency in spa booking software is an added advantage
