The Spa Manager is responsible for overall spa operations, staff management, revenue growth, and guest experience. This includes managing therapists, front desk, scheduling, hotel coordination, and ensuring high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day spa operations inside the hotel
Manage therapist schedules, front desk, and service flow
Drive revenue through packages, memberships, promotions
Maintain spa hygiene, ambience, and treatment quality
Handle guest complaints, VIP guests, and special requests
Coordinate with hotel management for operations & billing
Maintain inventory (oils, consumables, linen, retail products)
Prepare daily MIS reports, cash handling & forecasting
Conduct staff training and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, and brand standards
Skills & Requirements
Proven spa industry experience with team management
Strong understanding of Western spa therapies
Excellent communication & customer handling
Knowledge of hotel operations preferred
Ability to manage revenue, scheduling, and service quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
