Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests, provide consultations, and ensure they have a relaxing experience.
Appointment Management: Handle phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
Service Knowledge: Be well-versed with all therapies and educate guests about spa services.
Sales & Promotions: Sell gift vouchers and memberships to enhance customer retention.
Billing & Accounts: Maintain accurate cash billing records and ensure secure handling of transactions.
Guest Feedback: Seek reviews to improve services and guest satisfaction.
Cost Control: Follow standard procedures to manage expenses effectively.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Ensure high levels of sanitation with housekeeping coordination.
Service Excellence: Collaborate with therapists to deliver a top-notch, personalized spa experience.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure compliance with all spa protocols.
Guest Grievances: Address concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
Reception & Inventory Management: Maintain an organized reception area and oversee inventory to prevent wastage or pilferage.
