We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of spa operations, and a passion for wellness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day spa operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness
Supervise and train staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff
Monitor bookings, scheduling, and client flow to maximize efficiency
Handle client concerns or feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
Drive sales of spa services, memberships, and wellness packages
Manage inventory, procure supplies, and maintain vendor relationships
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and industry regulations
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of spa treatments, beauty therapy, and wellness services
Experience with appointment scheduling software and POS systems
Ability to handle operational challenges and provide quick, effective solutions
Preferred qualification: Diploma or certification in spa management or hospitality
