Job Summary

The Spa Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the resort's spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service quality, and promoting wellness treatments. This role involves supervising spa staff, handling guest relations, and supporting revenue growth through upselling spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests at the spa reception, providing information about treatments, packages, and facilities. Manage spa bookings, appointments, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations. Supervise spa therapists and attendants, ensuring service standards and professional conduct. Monitor spa ambiance, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with resort policies. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve service-related issues promptly. Promote and upsell spa treatments, therapies, and wellness packages to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, inventory, and guest preferences. Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and F&B for guest needs. Assist in training spa staff and ensure compliance with grooming and operational standards. Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Spa Manager/Resort Manager.

Sales and upselling skills to promote spa offerings. Professional appearance with a calm and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in MS Office and spa management software (if applicable).

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Spa Management preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a spa or wellness center, preferably in resorts or hotels. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
