Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations
Welcome and greet guests warmly to create a relaxing, professional first impression. Simply Hired
Manage spa bookings, walk-ins, appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently. Simply Hired
Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, packages, and memberships. Simply Hired
Coordinate with therapists and other service staff to ensure timely and smooth service delivery. Simply Hired
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness, ambiance, and professional appearance. Simply Hired
Sales & Revenue Support
Actively promote spa treatments, wellness packages, gift cards, and retail products to guests. Simply Hired
Achieve or contribute to daily/monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Simply Hired
Maintain records of sales, upselling efforts, customer preferences, and service inquiries. Simply Hired
Customer Service & Feedback
Address and resolve guest queries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Simply Hired
Encourage client feedback and assist with ensuring high guest satisfaction levels. Simply Hired
Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Simply Hired
Administrative Duties
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and service reports for the Spa Manager. Simply Hired
Maintain accurate client databases and assist with follow-up communication. Simply Hired
Assist in managing inventory for front desk items and retail products. Simply Hired
Key Performance Indicators
Guest satisfaction and feedback ratings. Simply Hired
Achievement of monthly sales targets for treatments, memberships, and retail products. Simply Hired
Client retention and repeat booking rates. Simply Hired
Upselling and cross-selling conversion rates. Simply Hired
Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or related field preferred. Simply Hired
Experience:
1-2 years in front desk, guest relations, or sales (spa, hotel, wellness, or hospitality). Simply Hired
Prior experience with sales targets is an advantage. Simply Hired
Good command of English and local languages.
