Spa Executive
to manage front-desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Goa outlet. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, service-oriented, and comfortable handling spa operations and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant first impression
Handle appointment bookings, walk-ins, cancellations, and rescheduling
Explain spa services, therapies, packages, and promotions to clients
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain guest records, billing, and payment processing
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Ensure spa hygiene, ambience, and front-office cleanliness
Support upselling of spa services and memberships
Follow company SOPs, service standards, and confidentiality norms
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in spa, wellness, hospitality, or front-office roles
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/other languages preferred)
Customer-centric attitude with a pleasant personality
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel preferred)
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Candidates currently based in Goa or willing to relocate preferred
