We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused
Spa Executive cum Guest Relations
professional to manage front desk operations, ensure excellent guest experience, and support spa sales and service coordination at our Vadapalani outlet.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Front Desk
Welcome guests warmly and ensure a pleasant first impression
Handle guest inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins efficiently
Maintain guest records, feedback, and follow-ups
Resolve guest concerns politely and promptly
Sales & Guest Realisation
Explain spa services, therapies, packages, and memberships to guests
Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize guest conversion
Ensure appointment confirmations and guest retention
Operations Support
Coordinate with therapists and duty managers for smooth service flow
Manage billing, cash/card payments, and daily sales reporting
Maintain front desk hygiene, displays, and brand standards
Administrative Duties
Maintain daily appointment schedules and registers
Support outlet-level documentation and reporting as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate preferred
Minimum
1-3 years
experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness industry
Excellent communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
Customer-centric attitude with a pleasant personality
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, WhatsApp communication)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends
