Are you a someone with a passion for excellence and a flair for exceptional hospitality? Fairmont Udaipur Palace invites you to embark on an unforgettable journey of luxury and join our pre-opening team.

• Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized services as required by guests.
• Conduct skin analyses and provide recommendations for products or treatments that align with the guest's needs.
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
• Offer personalized beauty advice, treatment recommendations, and aftercare tips.
• Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
• Keep beauty stations and treatment rooms clean and organized at all times.
• Promote and sell beauty products and services to guests, based on their individual needs.
• Stay updated on new beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Work closely with other spa staff, such as massage therapists, wellness experts, and receptionists, to provide seamless service to guests.
• Assist with scheduling and managing appointments effectively.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter the spa to the time they leave.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and reports are completed as per hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or spa environment, is an advantage.
• Experience in providing luxury beauty treatments and knowledge of high-end beauty products.
