Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized services as required by guests. Conduct skin analyses and provide recommendations for products or treatments that align with the guest's needs. Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome. Offer personalized beauty advice, treatment recommendations, and aftercare tips. Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. Keep beauty stations and treatment rooms clean and organized at all times. Promote and sell beauty products and services to guests, based on their individual needs. Stay updated on new beauty trends, products, and techniques. Work closely with other spa staff, such as massage therapists, wellness experts, and receptionists, to provide seamless service to guests. Assist with scheduling and managing appointments effectively. Ensure guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter the spa to the time they leave. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Ensure all necessary paperwork and reports are completed as per hotel policies.


Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or spa environment, is an advantage. Experience in providing luxury beauty treatments and knowledge of high-end beauty products.
