Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SP3D Designer/Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 3D models and drawings using Intergraph SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software for piping, equipment, and structural design in industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in detailed engineering design and 3D modeling for large-scale projects in Structural.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3D models of piping, equipment, and structural components using SP3D.
Generate piping layout drawings, isometrics, BOMs, and GA drawings.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
Maintain SP3D database and ensure model consistency and integrity.
Review vendor drawings and incorporate data into the 3D model.
Participate in design reviews and model walk-throughs with internal and external stakeholders.
Support clash detection and resolution using integrated tools.
Update and revise models and drawings as per design changes or client feedback.
Assist in the extraction and checking of deliverables from the SP3D model.
3D Modelling and Detailing. Familiar with the prime drivers related to onshore Structural design. Experience in SP3D/E3D and onshore steel structures.
3D Modelling, Placing connections, Foundations, Ladders, Platforms, Walkways, Roads, Pavement, Underground etc...

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/degree in Mechanical / Strcutural/ Civil Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field.
3-10+ years of relevant experience in 3D modeling and design using SP3D.
Proficient in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), SmartPlant Review, and other relevant CAD tools (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
Strong understanding of piping design, plant layout, and relevant international codes (ASIC, ANSI, API).
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, piping specs, and equipment layouts.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SmartPlant P&ID, SmartPlant Instrumentation, or other SmartPlant suite tools.
Familiarity with laser scan integration and point cloud modeling in SP3D.
Knowledge of data exchange between SP3D and other engineering systems (e.g., PDMS, E3D, CAESAR II).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
