Job Description

1.Work on Different Versions, Administration, Server Management,

2.Piping standard components & drawings like plot plan, Piping tie-in details, piping layouts, Piping maintenance, piping interference/ clash hecks, piping-safety,

3.Piping-interconnection diagrams, Smart-connections between model & P&ID.

4.Piping general arrangement drawings, piping isometrics & MTO.

5.Utility piping experience

6. Piping Engineering Calculations (like Pipe wall thickness calcs., branch reinforcement pad calculations, bolt length calculations, etc.)

7.Develop Piping material specifications for the materials like CS, LTCS, SS, DSS, Cladded/Lined piping, Alloy 625/825, Hastelloy, Non-metallic (GRE, HDPE), Valve datasheets, SP Item datasheets Piping Specifications; etc.

8. P&ID(design-support)

9.Material take-off activity with knowledge of critical items like valves & piping special parts.

10.Pipe supporting & piping flexibility concepts

11.Piping around the equipment

12.Piping layout and detailed engineering of piping associated with Oil & Gas Sector, Petro-Chemical & water supply EPC Projects.

13.Nozzle Orientation, Support Drawings.

14.Routing of process pipelines, utility pipelines as per P&ID / stress critical pipelines.
