Job Description

Assist in the

preparation and cooking

of traditional South Indian dishes . Follow standard recipes and instructions provided by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Perform

basic mise-en-place

tasks (cutting vegetables, grinding spices, etc.). Maintain

high standards of hygiene

and cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients. Assist in

setting up buffet counters

or live cooking stations, when required. Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth food service. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain cost efficiency. Adhere to all

food safety

and

kitchen safety protocols

.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
