Prepare South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, rasam, poriyal, kootu, curd rice, and variety rice.
Plan and prepare daily staff meals as per menu.
Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of food.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area as per FSSAI standards.
Manage raw materials and ensure proper storage (FIFO method).
Control food wastage and maintain portion control.
Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas after cooking.
Coordinate with the kitchen in-charge for requirements and stock.
Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
