Job Title: Senior South Indian Cuisine Chef

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop authentic South Indian cuisine recipes for menu.

2. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency.

3. Lead and train kitchen staff.

4. Source fresh ingredients and manage inventory.

5. Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in South Indian cuisine.

2. Strong knowledge of traditional and modern South Indian dishes.

3. Leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent culinary skills and creativity.
