Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, etc.)
Ensure timely preparation and service of meals
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen inventory and assist in daily food prep
Ensure quality and consistency in every dish
Handle basic food safety protocols and kitchen cleanliness
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cooking
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours if needed
