Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, upma, pongal, sambar, rasam, biryani, and various chutneys.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Plan menus, considering seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Train and guide kitchen helpers/junior staff when required.
Ensure timely preparation of food for dine-in, take-away, and catering orders.
