Prepare authentic South Indian cuisine (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) including dishes from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra, and Telangana.
Plan daily/weekly menus as per family preferences and health requirements.
Ensure food is hygienically prepared, well-presented, and served on time.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, utensils, and appliances.
Manage grocery shopping, stock levels, and maintain freshness of ingredients.
Cook occasional North Indian/Continental dishes if required.
Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a respectful attitude within the household.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in a private household, restaurant, or hotel.
Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian dishes
