We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to prepare authentic and traditional South Indian dishes. The candidate should be skilled in preparing items like dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, curries, and meals with consistency and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes.
Ensure taste, quality, and presentation standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety guidelines.
Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a South Indian Cook.
Knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
