Kitchen Hygiene

: Keeping the kitchen clean and following food safety regulations.

Collaboration

: Working with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Menu Development

: Creating new dishes while preserving traditional South Indian flavors.

Inventory Management

: Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for necessary supplies.
