Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and skilled

South Indian Cook

to prepare authentic South Indian meals. The candidate should be well-versed in traditional cooking methods, maintain food quality, and ensure hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, rice varieties, and curries Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of food Plan daily menus as per requirement Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen Follow food safety and hygiene standards Coordinate with kitchen helpers and support staff Ensure timely preparation and serving of food

Requirements & Skills:



Proven experience as a South Indian Cook Knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes Ability to cook in large quantities (canteen/hostel preferred) Good understanding of hygiene and food safety practices Ability to work in shifts Physically fit to work in a kitchen environment

Qualification:



No formal education required Culinary training or hotel management certificate is an added advantage

Experience:



1-5 years of relevant experience Freshers with strong cooking skills can also apply
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
