Ensure food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation standards are consistently met.
Manage kitchen operations related to South Indian food production.
Monitor inventory and requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on South Indian food preparation.
Work collaboratively with the overall kitchen team to design menus and execute catering orders.
Stay updated with new trends and customer preferences in South Indian cuisine.
