We are looking for a skilled and dedicated South Indian Commis I to join our hotel's kitchen team. The role includes preparing authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining food quality, and supporting daily kitchen operations. Candidates from the hospitality or hotel field are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutney, and curries.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
Handle mise-en-place, chopping, grinding, and station setup.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Store ingredients properly and ensure correct labeling.
Follow instructions from CDP, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef.
Support buffet setups, live counters, and a la carte service.
Assist with inventory usage and report stock requirements.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking methods.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Hospitality / hotel field candidates preferred.
Salary
?22-23,000 CTC per month
