Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all required documentation is complete and orders are fulfilled as promised.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Generate and maintain sales reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to support decision-making processes.

Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, ensuring products are in stock and readily available for customers.

Coordinate communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Prepare and send price quotations to potential clients, assisting the sales team in converting leads into sales.

Maintain accurate and organized records, including sales contracts, invoices, and customer profiles.

Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, including preparing agendas and documentation.

Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding their orders, deliveries, and any outstanding issues.

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
