. The trainer will be responsible for imparting knowledge, demonstrating techniques, and ensuring students gain hands-on experience in traditional food making along with hygiene and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on pickle, papad, and namkeen making.
Teach students about
raw material selection, ingredient proportions, and preservation techniques
.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of food preparation methods.
Ensure students follow
food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI guidelines
.
Guide students in
small-scale and large-scale production methods
.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training records and prepare necessary reports.
Encourage innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in
traditional food preparation
(pickle, papad, and namkeen making).
Prior experience as a
trainer/chef/food processing professional
is preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills to engage with students.
Ability to train both
small batches and large groups
effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and preservation methods.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in
Food Technology / Culinary Arts / Hotel Management
or equivalent.
2+ years of practical experience in food preparation or training (preferred).
