Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for smooth kitchen operations and quality of food prepared.
Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Ensuring that all raw and cooked food items are stored properly at the right temperature for reuse thus, minimizing spoilage and wastage.
Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish.
Maintaining all kitchen equipment and hoods and firefighting appliances in excellent working condition and in good repair also to monitor inventory levels of commonly used items.
Skills Required
Proven Experience as South Indian Chef
Qualification
: Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
