Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes using traditional recipes and techniques.
Develop and update the menu with creative and seasonal offerings.
Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Train and supervise kitchen staff on South Indian cooking techniques.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or similar role.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking methods.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
