Job description - South Indian chef
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes .
Curation of new menu and varieties.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all food items.
Manage daily kitchen operations related to South Indian food preparation and service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety as per FSSAI guidelines.
Plan daily ingredient preparation, and timely cooking to meet service requirements.
Monitor inventory levels, raw material usage, and control food wastage.
Supervise kitchen assistants and provide guidance on preparation techniques and hygiene practices.
Assist in menu planning, recipe standardization, and introduction of new South Indian dishes when required.
Ensure proper storage of food items, correct labeling, and adherence to temperature control standards.
Work efficiently during peak hours and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
