Qualification: B.sc Catering, Diploma in Catering, good communication skills must

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a South Indian chef in a well-established restaurant Expertise in pure vegetarian cooking Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and presentation Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen management
