Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of
authentic South Indian dishes
including dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, rasam, pongal, biryani, chettinad curries, etc.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a
timely, hygienic, and appealing manner

Maintain quality and consistency of flavor, texture, and appearance.
Plan and update menus
regularly based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
Manage kitchen inventory,
order supplies
, and minimize food waste.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in
traditional South Indian cooking techniques

Ensure compliance with
food safety standards
and kitchen cleanliness protocols.
Monitor portion control and maintain
cost efficiency
