Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian dishes (e.g., dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, biryanis, Chettinad curries, etc.)
Develop and maintain high-quality menu items
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen supplies
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if needed
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
