Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambhar, and Rasam with consistency and quality.
Plan and manage daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and timely service.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in South Indian cooking techniques.
Ensure proper stock management, ingredient freshness, and minimize wastage.
Develop and innovate new South Indian recipes and menu items.
Maintain portion control and presentation standards as per brand requirements.
Coordinate with management for menu planning and cost control.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management preferred, with strong culinary skills.
Minimum 15 years of experience in authentic South Indian cuisine is a strong plus.
