Salary Cycle:

1st-10th of every month

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes as per standard recipes Handle complete batter preparation for dosa and idli with consistent quality Prepare benne dosa, different varieties of idli, sambar, rasam, upma, poha, and other South Indian items Manage mise-en-place and ensure smooth service operations Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen Coordinate with team members for efficient kitchen workflow

Requirements:

Experience as South Indian CDP or Commis I in a hotel or restaurant Strong hands-on knowledge of batter making (mandatory) Expertise in benne dosa, idli varieties, sambar, rasam, upma, and poha Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced kitchen Disciplined, team-oriented, and quality-focused
