Key Responsibilities:



Prepare dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, chutneys, etc. Maintain food consistency and hygiene. Handle kitchen stock related to South Indian ingredients. Train helpers in basic preparation. Manage orders during rush hours.

Expertise in South Indian cuisine. Knowledge of traditional cooking methods. Attention to detail in taste and presentation. Ability to multitask under pressure.
