Prepare South Indian cuisine dishes, such as dosa, idli, sambar, chutney, and other vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Monitor and maintain inventory of kitchen ingredients and supplies.
Assist with menu planning and cost control measures.
Train and supervise assistant chefs and kitchen staff.
Test new recipes and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent quality and taste.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers and respond to customer requests and inquiries.
Attend training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in South Indian cuisine and customer service.
Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned.
