Job Overview
Pandora Restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate South Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic South Indian cuisine, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to deliver consistent taste and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic South Indian dishes (breakfast, lunch, and dinner varieties).
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained to the highest standards.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently during working hours.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory, assist in procurement, and reduce food wastage.
Work closely with the management to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
Train and guide kitchen staff if required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of South Indian culinary techniques, spices, and flavors.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to long working hours (11 AM - 11 PM).
