We are looking for an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef to prepare dishes like dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar, chutneys, and traditional meals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of South Indian ingredients, spices, and cooking methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
Ensure authentic taste, presentation, and consistency
Manage prep work including grinding batters, making chutneys, and preparing spice mixes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine
Expertise in dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, rasam, and traditional thali meals
Flexibility with shifts, including early mornings and weekends

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
