Inventory and supplies:

Order, receive, and manage food supplies, monitor freshness, and minimize waste.

Hygiene and safety:

Maintain strict cleanliness standards, enforce sanitation regulations, and ensure the kitchen complies with all health and safety standards.

Cost control:

Manage kitchen costs and ensure operations are cost-effective
