. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional south Indian dishes, creating new vegetarian menu items, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes.
Menu planning and Food Preparation skills.
Experience in managing kitchen operations and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels
Collaborate with the management team to create and update the menu
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as an South Indian Chef in a professional restaurants / Hotels.
Deep knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional cuisines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
The candidate should able to commute/relocate from the existing location.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
