Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that highlight the best of South Indian culinary traditions.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of South Indian dishes, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
