Responsibilities



Prepare, cook, and present a variety of traditional South Indian dishes according to the established recipes and standards. Design and develop innovative menu items that reflect the rich culinary heritage of South India while incorporating modern cooking techniques. Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock of ingredients necessary for the preparation of South Indian cuisine. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that highlight the best of South Indian culinary traditions. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in the preparation and presentation of South Indian dishes, fostering a culture of learning and development. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
