Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes as per menu standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Manage food preparation within set timelines, especially during peak hours.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the purchase team for timely stock replenishment.
Requirements:
Male candidate with 3-5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
Preferably from
Whitefield
location or nearby areas.
Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations.
Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and cooking methods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a
fast-paced environment
with flexible timings.
