We are seeking an experienced South Indian Chef with expertise in traditional dosa preparation and authentic South Indian gravies.
Key Requirements:
Expert in various dosa types (plain, masala, rava, uttapam) with perfect batter preparation and fermentation
Skilled in sambar, rasam, coconut gravies, and chutneys
Knowledge of traditional spice blending and tempering techniques
Experience with idli, vada, and other South Indian breakfast items
3-5 years experience in South Indian cuisine
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Preferred Skills:
Regional knowledge of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, and Kerala styles
Professional culinary training
Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong team collaboration skills
