Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a hotel or restaurant
Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and techniques
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Good teamwork and communication skills
Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory
