Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes Manage daily kitchen operations related to South Indian cuisine Minimize food wastage and follow cost-control practices Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a hotel or restaurant Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and techniques Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards Good teamwork and communication skills Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
