The South Indian Commis 1 Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic South Indian dishes according to Kanthari Restaurant's standards. The role requires excellent knowledge of South Indian cuisine, consistency in taste and presentation, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a South Indian kitchen (hotel or restaurant).
In-depth knowledge of South Indian cuisines and ingredients.
Basic understanding of food costing and wastage control.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
High level of personal hygiene and discipline.
