Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook all
South Indian dishes
-- dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, pongal, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, etc.
Maintain taste, presentation, and quality as per restaurant standards.
Handle batter fermentation, seasoning, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the South Indian section.
Work with the Head Chef and other cooks for smooth kitchen operations.
Manage prep work and ensure timely food service.
Maintain raw material stock and minimize wastage.
