The South Indian CDP is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic South Indian dishes to the highest standards. This role requires strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques (such as dosa, idli, sambar, rasam, poriyal, avial, etc.). The CDP ensures food consistency, quality, and hygiene within the assigned section.
